Mark Pinches, Msc., Total Motivation Ltd,
followed a successful
sales and marketing career in the pharmaceutical industry working with Glaxo and latterly as a Hospital Specialist for the
American pharmaceutical giant Merck Sharp & Dohme’s Therapeutics Division.
After moving into a training role, Mark developed a specific interest in management training and development, and eventually
moved into consultancy, specialising in management development within the NHS. Mark
combines both physiological and psychological strategies to optimise performance, which can be applied to a wide range of
business and personal coaching scenarios. He now works with a range of training
organisations and consultancies and is committed to improving individual, team and corporate performance using quality coaching

Peter Kirkham BSc LLB MBA PGCE MICM, PK Consultancy Ltd
Peter Kirkham is the Managing Director of PK Consultancy and our principal consultant
senior investigating officer. He spent over twenty years in the Metropolitan Police Service, working in the CID at every
rank up to Detective Chief Inspector. At the time of leaving he was employed as a Senior Investigating Officer on the
Serious Crime Directorate, leading a Major Investigation Team responsible for the investigation of murder, serial rape and

Peter McGowan M.A. B.Ed.
After
5 successful years with the US multi-national, 3M, Peter decided on a career change graduating
in 1978 as a teacher of English. Within 5 years he became the Head of an independent secondary school and whilst in this role
obtained a Master’s degree in Victorian Studies. He moved to run a second independent school 4 years later. He left teaching in 1992 and joined an international executive selection and development company. He started
in their London office and then, in 1995, set up and ran an office in Bristol. In addition to his mainstream work with numerous large clients, he was a member
of the UK management team, co-developed a new approach to Search and Selection and was a member of the international Corporate
Image team. He has worked for clients from a wide variety of sectors and across Europe. As well as carrying out numerous senior level search and selection exercises, he has worked
extensively at Board level to bring about improvements in business performance through behavioural change and has considerable
experience of coaching senior individuals and of developing teams in both public and private sector organisations. He set up Cordel Gowan Ltd in June 2004. Between October 2005 and April 2007 he was
the part-time Vocational Skills Champion for Wales,

Anna Denton qualified in 2000 having trained in a
specialist employment team in one of Wales' largest firms. She undertakes a broad range of work in both the public and private
sector, for employers of all sizes including advising large groups in relation to the termination of their employment, drafting
employer's guidance manuals and auditing contracts and handbooks. She regularly advises on TUPE transfers and redundancy exercises.
Anna has real expertise in training, providing legal updates,
input into management development programmes and specialist tutorials. Anna often speaks at events and tutors for the Chartered
Institute of Personnel Development. She's a Member of the Employment Lawyer's Association. She regularly has articles published
